Takeshi Matsumoto’s teaching and facilitation are grounded in dance performance, dance movement psychotherapy, somatic works and meditation. He draws his teaching approach from inclusive, therapeutic and intergenerational dance practices in order to become a sustainable and mindful embodied practitioner.
